What is the final project useful for?

This project analyzes NYC's real estate market to identify optimal long-term investments. Using NYC Open Data and Tableau, it assesses price trends, borough insights, and economic correlations from 2003 to 2023. ANOVA tests highlight investment potential in Queens and Brooklyn, focusing on 1-2 family dwellings for steady demand and liquidity.
